Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is proud to serve local families through the Springfield Children's Center. Conveniently located at 1450 S. For over 60 years, MVCDC has provided free and low-cost early learning options, starting with essential support for expectant mothers. At our Yellow Springs St center, we specialize in full-day Early Head Start programs for children from six weeks to age three, giving working parents, students, and caregivers consistent, high-quality care throughout the day.
Beyond classroom learning, our team of Family Support Specialists, Home Visitors, and Coaches works directly with parents to promote financial stability, personal growth, and long-term success.

Income-Based Eligibility: Most families qualify if they earn at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Priority Enrollment: We automatically serve children experiencing homelessness, those in foster or kinship care, and children with documented disabilities.
Child Care Vouchers Accepted: We accept state child care vouchers (ODJFS Publicly Funded Child Care) to help working families afford full-day coverage.
