Enrollment and Eligibility
Eligibility for our free or low-cost enrollment is primarily income-based (generally 100% of the Federal Poverty Level or less). However, we strongly encourage all Springfield families to apply at the Metropolis Center. This includes children experiencing homelessness, those in foster care, or children with identified disabilities. MVCDC is dedicated to ensuring every child in our community has access to the comprehensive support needed for a strong start.

We support families experiencing poverty, providing early learning opportunities for children from 6 weeks to age 5. Our Family Support Specialists help parents and caregivers become financially stable and self-supporting.
