You'll do work that matters

At Miami Valley Child Development Centers, you’ll build the kind of relationships that change the trajectory of a family’s life. You’ll meet families where they are — listening, connecting, and walking alongside them as they work toward their goals. The families you support will remember you. And the work you do together will ripple through children’s lives for years to come.

    • Building genuine, trust-based relationships with the families you serve

    • Helping families identify their goals — and connecting them to resources that make those goals possible

    • Navigating enrollment and eligibility so families can access the support they need

    • Collaborating with classroom teams to ensure every child is seen and supported as a whole person

    • Showing up for families during both the milestones and the hard days

  • Families don’t forget the people who showed up for them. When a parent finally gets connected to the childcare they’ve been searching for, or a family member finds the support that helps them breathe again — you’ll be the person who made that happen. This isn’t a transactional job. It’s relationship work, and the difference you make is real, lasting, and visible every single day.
