You'll do work that matters
At Miami Valley Child Development Centers, leadership means more than managing — it means building the conditions where great work can happen. You’ll invest in your team, strengthen program quality, and help ensure every child and family receives the exceptional services they deserve. The staff you coach and the programs you shape will carry your influence long after any single shift or meeting.

Using data to make smart decisions that move programs — and outcomes — forward
Leading improvement initiatives that make the organization stronger for the long haul

The best leaders don’t just manage programs — they shape the culture that makes the work possible. Here, you’ll see the direct connection between the team you invest in and the outcomes children and families experience. When your staff thrives, children thrive. That’s not a theory. It’s what happens here every day, and you’ll have a front-row seat to it.
