Calling all volunteers

At MVCDC, we love volunteers!

Come as often as you like. Stay as long as you’re available. No training is required. 

We’ll link you with a contact person at one of our more than 60 programs that is convenient to you. They’ll work with you to understand what you’d like to do to support MVCDC’s children and families.

Wondering how you can help? 

  • Children love volunteers to read to them and their friends.

  • Our infants and toddlers love being rocked and cuddled.

  • Do you have a musical talent that you could share? 

  • Would you like to teach a craft or create an art lesson?

  • Could you come to class to teach children about your job and career?

  • Teachers always appreciate help organizing supplies, cutting out learning materials, etc.

  • Maybe you’d like to be a chaperone on a field trip?

  • Can you donate professional services like landscaping or painting?
