Miami Valley Child Development Centers - Miami View

Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) proudly serves Dayton families through our trusted Miami View Center, offering high-quality Early Head Start programs for infants and toddlers. For over 60 years, we’ve provided free and affordable early learning and child care for children from birth to age five—starting with vital support for expectant mothers. Pregnant women receive essential services, and babies can begin care as early as six weeks old.

The Miami View Center, located at 1800 Harvard Blvd., Dayton, offers flexible programming to meet your family’s needs. We provide Early Head Start with both part-day (about 3.5 hours) and full-day (up to 10 hours) options, making it easier for working parents and students to find a schedule that fits.

Our services go beyond the classroom. Families at Miami View work with Family Support Specialists, Home Visitors, and Coaches who offer personalized guidance to help you build financial stability, achieve goals, and support long-term success.

Eligibility is generally based on income (100% of the Federal Poverty Level or less), though children in foster care, experiencing homelessness, or living with kinship caregivers are also eligible. Some children with disabilities may qualify as well.

MVCDC is proud to support Dayton families through our Miami View location, where early learning meets compassionate family care.
